Privacy Policy
Botlery ("we", "us") builds custom AI chatbots, voice agents and phone agents for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on botlery.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you and improve the site, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Information we collect
- Contact and demo requests. When you submit our demo-request form, the chat widget's contact step, or share details with our voice assistant, we receive the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone, website and business details). These submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, emailed to us, and may be saved to a private Google Sheet so we can follow up.
- Chat and voice conversations. Messages you type to the demo chatbot and audio you speak to the demo voice agent are processed by OpenAI's API to generate responses. Voice audio is streamed directly to OpenAI in real time; Botlery does not record or store your audio on its own servers.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type). GA4 uses cookies; data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your demo request and build the demo you asked for.
- To operate the live chat and voice demos on this site.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Third-party services we rely on
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Google — Analytics (GA4), and Google Sheets/Calendar where lead capture or booking applies.
- OpenAI — powers the demo chatbot and voice agent responses.
Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Client projects
When we build an AI agent for your business, the business information you share (services, prices, policies, documents) is used only to build and train your agent. For one-time builds, everything runs on your own accounts — you control the data. We keep your details confidential and never share them with other clients or third parties beyond the services needed to run your agent.
Data retention & your choices
- Lead submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up and do business with you.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time — email hello@botlery.com and we'll confirm within a few days.
- You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
