Botlery offers five kinds of automation. Each page explains what is involved, shows example workflows, and lists what you would need to provide.

See what’s included →If the task is repetitive and follows the same steps each time, it can probably be automated, even if it is not on this list. Describe it and we will tell you honestly.
Describe your task →Every Botlery AI chatbot, AI voice agent and AI phone agent saves each lead to a Google Sheet and emails you the moment it arrives (how leads reach the sheet). For many owners, that sheet is where the next job starts to show: leads nobody has called back, the same details retyped into a CRM, a weekly count done by hand.
That is the work automation removes. A reminder when a lead has sat untouched for two days, a Monday report of leads by service, each lead created as a contact in your CRM or GoHighLevel, or an invoice generated when the job is marked done. You do not need an AI agent to hire us for automation, and you do not need automation to get an AI agent; they simply fit together.
The same honest principle as our AI agents: you should see the thing work before you pay for it.
Describe the task and share samples. We send a written scope with what the automation will and won’t do, and one fixed price in USD.
We build on copies of your files or test records, inside your own Google, Microsoft, Zapier, Make, n8n or GoHighLevel account.
You run it on your real data and tell us what to change. You pay once it works as agreed, and it stays yours.
Same people, same quote, same standard of work. Botlery is run by founder Rohail Nisar with a small team of freelance developers, and Rohail leads every project.
Use the contact form or email hello@botlery.com. You get a written fixed-price quote, we build and you test, and you pay once it works. Nothing up front.
Or email hello@botlery.com →Top Rated on Upwork · 100% Job Success. The quote becomes an Upwork fixed-price contract, and Upwork’s escrow holds payment until you approve the work.
We will publish automation case studies as clients approve them. Until then, the free quote and testing the work before you pay are how you judge us.
Botlery automates the repetitive admin that small businesses do by hand in spreadsheets and between apps. That includes Google Sheets automation with Apps Script (form intake, alerts, reports, invoices from rows), Excel automation with VBA macros, Power Query and Office Scripts (month-end reports, merging files, cleaning exports), workflows in Zapier, Make and n8n that move leads, orders, invoices and bookings between apps, AI document processing that extracts data from invoices, receipts and PDFs into a sheet or accounting tool, and GoHighLevel setup covering CRM, pipelines, follow-up workflows and funnels. A good rule of thumb: if someone in your business follows the same steps every day or every week, copying, checking, formatting or sending something, it is a candidate. Describe the steps on the contact form or on Upwork and we will tell you honestly whether automating them is worth it.
Botlery prices business automation per project, with a free fixed-price quote before any work starts. Automation jobs vary too much for one honest headline figure: a single Google Sheets alert is a small job, while a document-processing pipeline with validation, a review step and an accounting import is a much larger one. After you describe the task and share samples, we send a written scope listing what the automation will do and what it will not, with one fixed price in USD. Nothing is paid up front. We build it on copies or test records, you test it on your own data, and you pay once it works as agreed. Tools the automation runs on, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel or an AI provider, are billed to your own accounts by those companies, not marked up by us.
Botlery's free quote is a written scope with one fixed price, sent before any work or payment. You start by describing the task through the contact form, by email to hello@botlery.com or on Upwork: which apps or files are involved, the steps you do today and what the finished result should look like. We ask follow-up questions and, where it helps, look at sample files or a copy of your sheet. The quote then lists exactly what the automation will do, what it will not do, what you need to provide and the fixed price. You can accept it, ask for changes or walk away without owing anything. If the scope changes later because you want more, we quote the addition separately before doing it, so the price you agreed is the price you pay for the work you agreed.
Either works, and Botlery does the same work at the same standard both ways, led by founder Rohail Nisar. Hiring directly means contacting us through the form or at hello@botlery.com: you get a free fixed-price quote, we build and you test, and you pay once it works. Hiring through Upwork means the same quote becomes an Upwork fixed-price contract. Upwork's escrow holds the payment and releases it when you approve the work, and your contract, messages and files stay on the platform, which some businesses prefer for record-keeping or procurement. Rohail is Top Rated on Upwork with 100% Job Success, and you can read his work history on his profile before deciding. Choose whichever fits how your business pays suppliers.
Yes, and that is often where automation starts. Every Botlery AI chatbot, voice agent and phone agent saves each lead to a Google Sheet and emails the owner the moment it comes in. From there, automation can take over the follow-up: reminders about leads nobody has called back, a weekly report of leads by service or source, each lead created as a contact in your CRM or in GoHighLevel, or a workflow in Zapier, Make or n8n that assigns it to the right person. None of this is required to use an AI agent, and none of the automation services require one either. Each is quoted separately: the AI agents have fixed published prices and a free demo, and automation projects get a free fixed-price quote.
Yes. Botlery works with small businesses anywhere in the world, and automation work is delivered entirely online, so your location makes no difference to how we build or hand it over. What matters is the tools and conventions you use. We set up scripts and workflows around your time zone, date and number formats, currency and language, and we check anything that is region-specific, such as tax fields on invoices for AI document processing or texting registration rules for GoHighLevel, which differ between countries. Quotes are in US dollars. You can hire us directly, with a written fixed-price quote and payment once the work is tested, or through Upwork, which handles payment in many countries and currencies on its own platform.
