Case studies

Botlery case studies

Botlery publishes case studies only for real clients who have agreed to be named. The first is Ric's Repairs, a one-person handyman business in Minneapolis, for which Botlery built an AI receptionist that answers calls, quotes jobs and books visits, for a $300 one-time fee on the owner's own accounts. More case studies, including automation projects, are added as clients approve them.

Ric’s Repairs: a one-man handyman business that stopped missing calls

Eric runs Ric’s Repairs on his own in Minneapolis. Calls that rang while he was mid-job went to voicemail. Botlery built him an AI receptionist trained on his services, service area and typical prices: it answers in a natural voice at any hour, quotes common jobs, books visits onto his calendar, and saves every lead to his Google Sheet with an instant email to him.

What it cost him: $300 one-time, on his own accounts, with no monthly fee and no per-minute fee from Botlery.

Try it yourself, honestly labelled: the case study links to a demo copy of his agent. The copy books nothing and stores no data, so nothing you say reaches Eric; his own agent is the one that saves leads and emails him.

How we publish these

Real clients, named with permission

We are a young business, and we would rather show one real build you can test than a page of logos we cannot stand behind. So every case study here is a real client who agreed to be named, we describe what we built and what it cost, and we do not print revenue or lead numbers unless the client has measured them and agreed to share them.

More case studies, for AI agents and for business automation projects, will be added here as clients approve them. Until then, the strongest evidence is the one you can check yourself: ask us for a free working demo trained on your own business, or a free fixed-price quote for an automation, and judge the work before you pay anything.
